Gli irradiatori infrarossi ceramici Infra Rodon sono costruiti utilizzando una spirale resistiva in lega metallica inserita all’interno di una matrice refrattaria smaltata che la protegge dall’ossidazione e da eventuali vapori corrosivi. Il contatto integrale della spirale resistiva con la matrice refrattaria permette di ottenere una distribuzione particolarmente uniforme della temperatura sulla superficie dell’irradiatore infrarosso. Lo spettro di emissione generato dagli irradiatori infrarossi ceramici dipende dalla potenza nominale e rientra principalmente nella banda delle onde medie. Questo tipo di irradiatore infrarosso può essere dotato di una termocoppia incorporata all’interno del refrattario durante il processo produttivo. Relazionando la temperatura radiante rilevata dalla termocoppia con quella del materiale irraggiato, è possibile ottimizzare il rendimento energetico dosando la potenza erogata attraverso uno specifico sistema di controllo elettronico fornito.

Mesh welding machine for the production of electrowelded mesh fed by wires.
The automatic wire mesh welding machine can manufacture electrowelded mesh from prestraightened wire, both longitudinal and transversal.
The mesh maximum width is equal to 1250 mm, the length is variable between 2000 mm and 6000 mm.
These electrowelded mesh are used for the production of prefabricated sandwich panels.

The linear magnetic measuring system TM+MP200 consists of the magnetic transducer TM and the magnetic band MP200.
The transducer works contactless, releaving the polarized fields of the magnetic band and converting the measure into digital signals. The system can be profitably employed in severe industrial environments, in presence of water, oil or grease. The mounting method is easy and cheap and the measure is accurate and repeatable.
The scanning head TM is contained in a compact and strong metal case, and it is available with reading resolution 0.1 mm (TM10) or 0.01 mm (TM100). An electronic zero pulse is generated each 4 mm (type TM10C/TM100C), or matching with one or more external magnets (TM10E/TM100E).
